But the question regarding who actually "runs" this site goes unanswered!  All we've been told is that this site was started by "Chris" who allegedly lives in Nevada.  The vitriolic spleen that Chris vomited onto the website's main (and only?) page would seem to indicate that he or she has a serious need to blast pretty much anything that Paul Watson has ever said aloud...in public, but I'm sure that as soon as Chris can get his or her hands on a good parabolic mic that Watson's private conversations will be in jeopardy as well.  I've identified myself, and while I don't expect anyone else to do so, I'd certainly like to know a bit about Chris, for example, what - exactly - makes him or her someone to whom we should listen on this subject?  Is Chris a marine biologist?  A legitimate whaler?  For all we know, Chris is a Vegas showgirl who's boyfriend is a whaler.  I've read lots of interesting viewpoints on this message board, and while they differ from my own, have provided me with legitimate things to ponder regarding whaling.  The only thing I can really glean from Chris' contributions to his/her own site is that he/she thinks that Paul Watson is a liar and pretty much just a giant poopy head.  There really isn't much substance to work with there.  It isn't enough to point your finger like a child and shout "Liar!"  Especially when the only evidence you have to present to support your claims is just more questionable data.  Paul Watson may well be a liar, and a womanizer (Pretty's post is still my favorite) and he may even have a messianic complex, but that puts him right up there with every single politician on the planet, including the Pope, and since SS's goals are closely aligned with my own, I will continue to support the organization.  

And yes, I believe that this site was started by someone sympathetic to the Japanese corporate whaling enterprise.  That's my belief, shonan2, not my assumption.  I not going to hold my breath waiting for Chris to magically reappear at correct me.
